It’s been over 7 years and it’s time for a change. We’ve got a new website, a new logo, and most exciting, a new formal collaboration. Jared and I have been working on projects together for years, me in Thousand Oaks, California, and Jared in San Diego. And since distance doesn’t matter any more, whether its working with clients, or working with a team, it was time to formalize our partnership.
Our new website was built with ExpressionEngine, a first class, affordable, content management solution that we are finding to be an excellent option for many of our clients, as well. Our plan is to use this site as a playground for testing new technologies, that we can later incorporate into client sites.
Note, on our home page, the introductory text that uses a non standard font. Not long ago this would have only been possible with an image, that can slow down the page load. But now, through the use of scripting techniques and CSS, non standard fonts can be used on websites.
The blog is new too. We have some tutorials in mind, and will also share information that will help you build your business through your website.
